It's also almost impossible to contact anyone at the store. The "advertised" staff hours aren't real as no one is around during those times.

Great place to get jacked
Beware of their prepaid contract. They neglect to tell you that it switches to a monthly contract and that you need to submit something in writing 30 days prior to canceling otherwise they keep charging you. Asking them about it on the phone prompts them to tell you they will send you to collections and hang up. I would stay away from this place.
